There are many reasons that people exercise – increased energy, weight loss, and several additional benefits. But have you ever heard how regular exercise can keep your eyes on their A game? Here is how regular exercise is helping your vision! 

Living a sedentary lifestyle can put you at risk of developing conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration. By increasing the amount of exercise, you are doing daily it will help increase your health and avoid falling victim to conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure that can put your overall health and vision at risk. 
Here are some tips on how to increase your physical activity throughout the week:
